MOAA Grant 2021-2022

MOASWF received a $2,250 Grant from MOAA . 

JROTC Assist Grant

JROTC Assist Teams coordinates with local assisted living and nursing care facilities and will provide support to these facilities' activities director, providing color guards, veteran audio/video interviews, and drill and saber guard team demonstrations.

JROTC Highlights

  • I belong to a "family".

  • Sibling was in JROTC

  • Parent or parents were in the JROTC

  • Organized discipline

  • Wishes to join the military (even though it is not the mission of the JROTC)

  • No other elective available

  • Does not wish to partake in Physical Education (PE)-- two years of JROTC fulfill the PE requirement

  • Cadets enjoy being part of the Program because they did not 'fit' in with other school organizations
